Terms of Service

These terms apply platform-wide to TaggNet Technologies products, including ShaqoNet and SmartDo unless a product-specific addendum exists.

Customer data

Customers retain ownership of data submitted to the services and are responsible for having the legal right to collect, process, and store employee, customer, and business information.

Security and AI

TaggNet uses industry-standard security controls. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and must not be used as the sole basis for hiring, termination, compensation, performance review, legal, or compliance decisions.

Export and contact

Upon termination, customers may request data export in CSV or JSON. Legal questions may be directed to legal@taggnet.app.
